From mainstages in Chicago to the underground rooms of New York to industry showcases in Los Angeles and everywhere in between, this festival boasts the funniest and most inventive talents in improv, sketch, podcasts and stand-up from across the country. Founded in 2002, the fest started as a way to promote the local comedy scene and has grown to feature over 500 performers in 120 shows, while maintaining that independent Austin spirit by focusing on emerging homegrown talent and the city’s comedy institutions.
